We are putting our holiday bungalow for sale.
We do this because we start to live in a small town to the north of Merida. This town is called Umann.
The distance between Umann and Motul is becoming much for us to do all the maintainance for the holiday bungalow.

The price for the bungalow is now only 56.000 usd 47.500 usd 42.500 usd. We lower the price for the second time to 42.500 usd as we would like to sell the property soon.
The bungalow is in a very good shape and has a very good occupation rate for renting as a holiday object.
Because of this it's also an excellent investor's object.
All the papers for the bungalow are correct and ready for change of ownership.
